HKW offers free childcare for many of its programmes. Educators play, create, imagine, and research together with visiting children while parents and caregivers explore the house just a few metres away.

Kids’ Disco

On selected Sundays the Kids’ Disco invites kids to dance.

Exhibition Visits for Day Care Centres and Classes 1 and 2

HKW for the little ones on big themes: this year we are once again offering free guided exhibition tours for daycare centres and primary school classes, e. g. as part of the exhibition Tirailleurs: Trials and Tribulations. From Cannon Fodder to Avant-Garde—The Forgotten Soldiers Who Freed Europe (until 14 June 2026).
