Gilda Sahebi

Gilda Sahebi trained as a physician and studied political science. She completed her journalism traineeship at Bayerischer Rundfunk and works as a freelance journalist focusing on domestic and foreign policy, authoritarian systems and polarization. She is an author for the taz and Spiegel newspapers and also works for ARD. She is the author of several books, including Wie wir uns Rassismus beibringen. Eine Analyse deutscher Debatten (2024) and Verbinden statt spalten. Eine Antwort auf die Politik der Polarisierung (2025). Sahebi lives in Berlin.
