Craig Wong is a Toronto-born chef whose work draws on his Jamaican-Chinese background and classical French training to create flavour-forward cuisine rooted in heritage and innovation. Recently announced as a judge on MasterChef Canada, Wong is a graduate of L’Institut Paul Bocuse and refined his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens including The Fat Duck and Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée. Wong is chef-owner of Patois, JunePlum, and AYLA, and Executive Chef at Ting Irie in Dubai. He has been featured in the magazines Bon Appétit, Vogue, The New Yorker, and Eater. Wong lives and works in Toronto.
