Nancy de Souza also known as Cici de Oxalá (1939, Rio de Janeiro) is a griot and Otun Ile Efun at Terreiro Ilê Axé Opó Aganju in Salvador. She was initiated into the Afro-Brazilian orisha sacred rites on 18 January 1972. In the first decade of the 2000s, she was also initiated as Apetebi of the Ifá cult. Her knowledge about Afro-diasporic culture made her an honoured citizen of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. Recent exhibitions include: Hu:minha alegria atravessou o mar, Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Niterói (MAC), Rio de Janeiro, 2022 and Crônicas Cariocas, Museu de Arte do Rio (MAR), 2021. De Oxalá lives in Salvador.
