Adrian Cioflâncă (1974, Piatra Neamț) ist Historiker mit Schwerpunkt auf der Geschichte des Holocaust, der visuellen Dokumentation von Gräueltaten und der Politik des Erinnerns und der Archive. Er ist Direktor des Wilhelm Filderman Center for the Study of the History of the Jews in Romania und Mitglied des Leitungsgremiums des Nationalrats für die Erforschung der Securitate-Archive. Cioflâncă war in mehreren offiziellen Funktionen als Experte auf seinem Gebiet tätig. Er ist Mitherausgeber von acht Sammelbänden und Co-Regisseur der Dokumentarfilme The Exit of the Trains (2020) und Memories from the Eastern Front (2022), die beide auf der Berlinale Premiere hatten. Cioflâncă lebt und arbeitet in Bukarest.

Adrian Cioflâncă (1974, Piatra-Neamț) is a historian specializing in the history of the Holocaust, visual documentation of atrocities, and politics of memory/archives. He is the director of the Wilhelm Filderman Center for the Study of the History of the Jews in Romania and member of the managerial board of The National Council for the Study of the Securitate Archives. Cioflâncă has worked as an expert in his field in several official positions. He is co-editor of eight collective volumes and he co-directed the documentaries The Exit of the Trains (2020) and Memories from the Eastern Front (2022), both premiered at Berlinale. Cioflâncă lives and works in Bucharest.
