The complexity of the problems, challenges, and changes that we are awaiting in the face of climate change may trigger unpleasant feelings and conflicts, and can have an exhausting effect. But does it have to be that way? The students try out how the process of change can be shaped in a collaborative, supportive, and inspiring way in their own environment. They examine recreational opportunities in their everyday surroundings and explore how places can be designed to promote exchange about climate protection and support active and artistic action. Techniques for recycling and reusing textiles and building materials will be tested and key issues discussed: Can local actions unfold a global effect? What actions can be integrated in our everyday lives to save the climate? What role does art play in this process?
