In this workshop, participants embrace practices encompassing deep listening, tuning forks, and the gong, attuning to the instruments’ frequencies as well as their own internal rhythms. The generated harmonic sounds activate high-frequency vibrations, guiding them into deep meditative states characterized by theta and delta brainwave activity. Each frequency resonates with specific areas of the physical and energetic body, promoting therapeutic practices within participants’ physical, mental, and spiritual selves. The session is a guided meditation as well as a theoretical introduction to the effect of pure sound on bodies.

Spaces are limited but access may be possible on the day if capacity has not been reached.
