We want to see each other, we want to talk, we want to debate. Now more than ever.

Together with HKW, the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency is hosting the German Anti-Discrimination Days 2025. The two-day congress takes place in Berlin from 13 to 14 May 2025. A warm invitation is extended to a cultural-political reception following the event on 13 May.

In conversation with around 1,000 guests from politics, business, media, culture, civil society, and academia, we discuss the major socio-political issues of our time. Topics such as sexual harassment at the workplace, discrimination against women and parents in the job market, migration, and participation opportunities for all in the digital age is explored in conversations with, among others, Conny from the Block, Gregor Gysi, Marcel Fratzscher, Luisa Neubauer, Maja Göpel, Michel Friedman, Naika Foroutan, Carlo Masala, Joe Kaeser, Aladin El-Mafaalani, Ricarda Lang, Marco Wanderwitz, Tan Çağlar, Miriam Stein, Max Czollek, Ilko-Sascha Kowalczuk, and Seda Başay-Yıldız.

HKW curates the cultural programme. Among the participating artists are MELT with Jingyun Li, Philip Crawford, Kai Bosch, Hao Jingban, Luce deLire, Dario Campo, Jimena Puente, Zélie Dartus-Parraud, Anis Looalian, and Banda Comunale.

A panel, arranged as a walk along artistic positions, centers the intersections of artistic practice, activism, and education. A pop-up exhibition by the Bundesstiftung Magnus Hirschfeld (BMH) is also being presented.
