Zahra (Mahsa) Rostami is an artist, actress, and performer. Her practice moves between theatre, film, and performance, exploring themes of identity, presence, and embodied storytelling. She holds a BA in Law and an MA in Theatre Directing from the University of Tehran. With a background in theatre and performance, she works across stage and screen, engaging in collaborative and interdisciplinary artistic processes. Recent projects include the film The Seed of the Sacred Fig (2024). Rostami lives and works in Berlin.
