Yuko Kaseki is a director, choreographer, Butoh dancer, performer, and teacher, and founder of cokaseki. Her work unfolds as poetic, physical landscapes—an alchemy of Butoh, improvisation, and live art. Studied at Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig under Anzu Furukawa, she has developed a distinct language shaped through collaborations with international musicians and visual artists. Her solo and collective works have been presented in over 30 countries. Recent performances include Blood Line Screaming, Kochi-Muziris Biennale, Kochi, 2026; and zOne; DOCK11, Berlin, 2025. Kaseki is based in Berlin.
