Tuấn Andrew Nguyễn
Tuấn Andrew Nguyễn is a multidisciplinary artist unpacking histories of colonialism, war, and displacement to explore strategies of resistance and resilience. Recent solo exhibitions include: Tuan Andrew Nguyen: We Were Lost in Our Country, Art Institute of Chicago, 2025; The Other Side of Now, Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa, Cape Town, 2024; The Island, Smithsonian American Art Museum, Washington D.C., 2024; and Our Ghosts Live in the Future, Fundació Joan Miró, Barcelona, 2024. Recent awards include the High Line Plinth Commission, 2025; and the MacArthur Fellowship, 2025. Nguyễn lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
