Nhi Le
Nhi Le is a journalist, presenter and author who focuses on media criticism, pop culture and politics, as well as the immigrant community in eastern Germany, particularly the Vietnamese diaspora. Her work on the history of Vietnamese contract workers and the subsequent generation includes a report for MDR, essays, contributions to the CPPD exhibition Nước Đức. Vietnamese-German Migration Hi | Stories and numerous lectures. In 2019, she was named one of the most influential voices representing migrant perspectives in eastern Germany and was listed by Die Zeit as one of the 100 most important young East Germans. Her journalism has received awards including the Juliane Bartel Prize and the Alternative Media Prize.
