Miriam Davoudvandi

Miriam Davoudvandi is a freelance journalist and presenter who also works as a DJ under the pseudonym Cashmiri. As former editor-in-chief of the music magazine splash! Mag, she set out to make ‘rap soft again’ and has since worked primarily in music journalism, for which she was named Music Journalist of the Year at the 2020 International Music Journalism Awards. In her primary project, the podcast Danke, gut, which is broadcast on WDR Cosmo, she deals with mental health and pop culture and talks to public figures about how they deal with mental illness. Davoudvandi lives and works in Berlin.
