Katharina Steins is an art historian and mediator. She studied art history in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on gender studies and postcolonial theories and completed the Master’s programme on Art in the Contemporary World at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. She worked in a position in education and mediation at the Stadtmuseum Dresden and the Städtische Galerie Dresden. Since 2024 she has been working as coordinator of the Albertinum Learning Centre in education and outreach at the Dresden State Art Collections.
