Ivette Fuentes

Ivette Fuentes is a professor of physics at the University of Southampton, specializing in the interplay between quantum theory and general relativity. She obtained her PhD at Imperial College London and has held prestigious positions at the University of Oxford, Perimeter Institute in Canada, and University of Vienna. Fuentes is also an Emmy Fellow by Special Election at Keble College, Oxford. She has received awards such as the Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship and an EPSRC Career Acceleration Fellowship. She has published numerous influential papers in quantum information, quantum optics, and their overlap with general relativity. Fuentes lives in London and works in Southampton and Oxford.
