Camilo Angola is an ethnologist, musician, and de facto educator. He works as a musical facilitator and leader of community projects focusing on the traditional music of the Colombian Caribbean. His work combines artistic knowledge with a strong commitment to social justice, anti-racism and the empowerment of migrant and Black communities. With a background in ethnology and experience in political education, he links cultural practices, solidarity work and Afro-diasporic memory culture in contexts of migration and resistance. Angola lives and works in Hamburg.
