Binta Diaw is a visual artist whose practice spans installation, photography, and performance. Through natural and symbolic materials her work challenges themes of migration and identity from Afro-diasporic, intersectional, and feminist perspectives. Diaw studied at Accademia di Brera, Milan; and École Supérieure d'Art et Design, Grenoble. Recent exhibitions include: Dove le liane s'intrecciano, Parco Arte Vivente, Turin, 2025; Il peut pleurer du ciel, Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Turin, 2024; and Da qui (à partir d'ici), Galerie Cécile Fakhoury, Paris, 2024. Recent publications include: Binta Diaw, Toolu Xeer (2024). Diaw lives and works in Milan.
