Anthony R. Green

Anthony R. Green is a composer and performer invested in social justice artistry. Green’s practice of continuous questioning and lifelong study is centred on epistemological hyperbole, the embodiment of injustice, and the metaphysics of the oppressed. Green’s projects have been presented in venues in over twenty-five countries, including Spike Gallery, Berlin; Yehudi Menuhin Forum Bern; and TivoliVredenburg, Utrecht. Green has received degrees from Boston University and the New England Conservatory, Boston, and is currently Visiting Professor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Glasgow, and on the faculty of the Cortona Sessions for New Music.
