Ámbar F. Álvarez is a visual artist, designer and musical performer of Dominican origin. She has been part of the Tambores del Diablo and Cantares del Elba projects since 2024. She brings with her a profound sensitivity, great respect for tradition and a strong commitment to Afro-diasporic and critical pedagogies. As a voice coach and second voice in Tambores del Diablo, she accompanies the collective learning processes. Her presence strengthens the spiritual and communal anchoring of the project by connecting art, memory and resistance. Álvarez lives and works in Hamburg.
