Alidu Awal Mohammed is the founder and chairman of Zumunchi e.V. which celebrates diversity and community engagement in Berlin. Formed in 2023 with the purpose of bringing Afro-Deutsche families and friends together, Zumunchi focuses on empowering them to feel their heritage and get connected to strong African culture. Mohammed has a deep personal connection to the Afro-German community and a passionate commitment to fostering identity, pride, and opportunities among young Afro-Germans. He studied purchasing and supply at Accra Technical University and now works as a logistics agent in Berlin.
