Parallel to the curator-guided tour of the exhibition The Whole Earth: California and the Disappearance of the Outside, children ages six and up can join the photographer Jan von Holleben on a journey through outer space. Using a simple optical illusion, they escape the pull of gravity and float though a galaxy of their own production. In so doing, an entirely new perspective on our blue planet can emerge.
