Ten days of the Asia-Pacific Weeks, ten days of urban water resources, green management, culinary traditions and collisions.

To mark the formal conclusion of the Asia-Pacific Weeks 2011, the Haus der Kulturen der Welt and the Berlin Senate Chancellery invite you to a sensuous event. Also in on the act: TV chef Ole Plogstedt with a live cooking program, music by the UDK choir ‘The Fabulous Fridays’, Manne & Günther, Afro Hesse and Anis Tunsi.The evening also features the winners of the multimedia competition Nice to meet you – Kulinarische Kollisionen in 100 sec . Followed by a party with DJ GeneticdruGs.

“Nice to meet you – kulinarische Kollisionen” is taking place in cooperation with rbb Fernsehen and radioeins.

The Asia-Pacific-Weeks(APW), an initiative by the Mayor of Berlin, have been taking place every two years since 1997.

The Asia-Pacific Weeks are kindly supported by the Stiftung Deutsche Klassenlotterie Berlin.

The Haus der Kulturen der Welt is responsible for conceiving and coordinating the cultural program of the Asia-Pacific-Weeks Berlin.
