Miriam Siré Camara is the founder and managing director of akoma coaching & consulting and akoma art, and has been working for over 20 years as an organisational developer, speaker, facilitator and freelance curator. Her work centres on critical transformation processes at the intersections of power, colonisation, discrimination and institutional responsibility. As a communication and organisational psychologist, she supports institutions through processes of change and dialogue on these issues. In her community-oriented work, her focus is on the Black/African/Afrodiasporic community in Germany and West Africa.
