Dudley Alexis is an independent filmmaker and visual artist whose work explores social justice, climate change, and cultural memory. He began his career creating content for the Miccosukee Tribe. His documentary film When Liberty Burns (2020), an exploration of Miami's racial history, earned a Knight Made in MIA Feature Film Award at the Miami Film Festival. Recent projects include Edge of Hope (2026), which examines the intersection of climate change and race, and The Creole Pig: Haiti's Great Loss (2025), which examines the eradication and economic impact of Haiti’s Creole PigAlexis is based in Miami.
