Sympathy for the Devil

“I want the viewer to feel my work physically”, says Park Chan-wook about his work as editor and scriptwriter. His shocking dramas dealing with guilt and retribution, like Old Boy and Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, succeed in a virtuoso balancing act between humor and bloody thriller.
