Hamac Caziim come from the Mexican part of the Sonoran Desert. The five band members belong to the Comca’ac people and shake their hip-length hair to an impressive mix of Punk Rock and Heavy Metal, including double bass drum.

Their tribal elders have given them the “license to rock”. The group, made up of former fishermen, aims to preserve the language and culture of their nation. Hence, Hamac Caziim are singing in a language spoken only by a few, retelling old legends handed down by their grandparents. And while they stomp around with their electric guitars, they show off their ritual body paintings.
