Werner Schroeter came to Paris for the Rencontres in November 2009 to present a carte blanche. For the Rencontres in Berlin, we will screen the film he chose "Winter Soldier" (96’, USA, 1972), and the video documentation of the presentation he did in Paris with the actress Carole Bouquet.
