Two authors combine social critique with images of soccer: The Nigerian writer Tolu Ogunlesi, whose awards include the Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Poetry Prize, deals with migration, exile and language in his performative poetry.

He engages in a conversation with the Argentine author and journalist Ariel Magnus, famed for the fast-paced novel, "A Chinese Man on a Bicycle" which will be published in 2010. The novel and his newest story is set during a soccer match, “Ganar es de Perdedor "(Winning is for losers).
