A court convenes in the Mali capital of Bamako, in the courtyard of the bar singer Melé. Prosecutors: representatives of the African population. Defendants: the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. All around, the cosmos of everyday African life unfolds: disputes, marriage, chickens, playing children, plans for the coming day or for emigration to Europe.
