Change Utopia! This declaration is the slogan for a series of international forums in London, Paris, Berlin, Rome, Warsaw and Barcelona, which will conclude with a conference in the British capital in May. The meeting in Berlin focuses on the political potential and function of art and its relationship to the question of transnational conflicts and globalization.

In the Haus der Kulturen der Welt Gianni Vattimo (philosopher, former MEP), Boyan Manchev (College International de Philosophie), André Lepecki (curator and art theorist, NYU), T J Demos (art theorist, UCL), Oscar Guardiola Rivera (philosopher and political activist, University of London), Gabi Zimmer (MEP), and others discuss the creation of individual and collective subjectivities in a transnational space that is determined by consensus and the marketplace.
