Barking dogs never bite (film still), Provided by KOFIC

A black comedy about losers, frustrated dogs and depressives. An unemployed professor, who is driven to despair by a dog’s constant barking, turns into a dog-kidnapper. However, he doesn’t reckon with the persistence of his neighbour with the binoculars. The film’s ingredients also include Korean duck soup and 100 m of toilet paper.
