Between 2015 and 2019 the long-term project of 100 Years of Now took place at Haus der Kulturen der Welt. Scientists and artists, among them the winners of the nobel prize in literature Herta Müller and Wole Soyinka contributed to the idea of opening up the time lense of the present asking which parameters of the past can be used to shape the future. The film essay combines quotes, narratives, statements from these events with visual layers of found footage material in a stream of consciousness manner about the past century.

World premiere, Michael Busch will be present. There will be a short Q&A after the screening.
