Critical (Fem)MEpowerment

Self-healing through movement: feminist, decolonial, queer

The exercise combines feminist, decolonial and queer perspectives with the aim of self-healing through movement. Aware of the barriers that some bodies and identities are confronted with, care and self-empowerment are promoted to counteract repressive social structures. The critical workshop also asks how white institutions benefit from decolonial practices and what role femmes of color play who are working on body issues.
