Tonya M. Evans is a Professor and Chair of Intellectual Property & Technology Online Programs at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, with expertise a.o. in the areas of intellectual property, new technologies (e.g. blockchain), entrepreneurship and entertainment law. She writes and speaks primarily about the intersections of copyright and new technologies as well as estates law issues and she advises technology and entertainment startups. Currently Evans serves on the Advisory Council to the United States Court of Federal Claims. As a performance poet she is also author of two poetry books.
