Franciska Zólyom has been director of the Gallery for Contemporary Art (GfZK) in Leipzig since 2012, where she has realized projects with Céline Condorelli, Little Warsaw and Experimental Jetset, among others. She is a member of the University Council of the Bauhaus University Weimar and the Saxon Senate for Culture. In 2006 she was a founding member of the Hungarian section of the Association Internationale des Critiques d'Art (AICA). In January 2018 Zólyom was appointed as curator of the German contribution to the Art Biennale in Venice 2019.
