Robbie Richardson is assistant professor in the Department of English at Princeton University. He specializes in eighteenth-century British, Indigenous and transatlantic literatures and cultures. His interdisciplinary research looks at the interactions between Indigenous and European cultures. Richardson is a member of Pabineau First Nation, a small Mi’kmaq community in New Brunswick, Canada, and is the author of the book The Savage and Modern Self (2018).
