Booking of rooms: Scale of charges

(1) The expenses incurred for using technical equipment will be the subject of separate agreement in each case.

(2) An agreement is to be negotiated on the rent for:

1. Sound, film and television recordings.

2. Any other cases in which the use of the building of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, of individual rooms, of facilities and of equipment is not regulated, or for any other desired use exceeding the customary extent.

(3) An additional payment will be charged for any extraordinary personnel expenses incurred from using the rooms of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt.

The following lump sums are charged for cleaning any rooms rented

Cleaning Auditorium € 250.00

Cleaning Conference Room/Theater € 125.00

Should any areas prove to be badly soiled, the cleaning costs are to be calculated according to the effort expended in cleaning them.

Cleaning of building/toilets/exterior Mon to Sat (except public holidays), 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. € 17.00

Cleaning of building/toilets/exterior Mon to Sat (except public holidays), 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. € 20.00
