What is the status of technical solutions in achieving the objectives set in the Paris Climate Agreement? In the framework of the 2017 Climate Engineering Conference of the Potsdam Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS), this panel discussion reflects on the current dynamics of the international technical and political discussion on the potentials and dangers of climate engineering.
