Omer Fast

The artist Omer Fast continues his examination of how individuals and histories interact with each other through narrative. The programme starts with one person’s experiences – a real story with close ties to current global events and politics, recounted in the theatrical setting of a live TV talkshow. The story is subsequently sent on a journey and becomes the raw material for the “broken telephone” game. With each repetition of the process and each new rendition of the story, it transforms and mutates further, “looking back” at the audience in ever-new and stranger ways.
